Did you attend an event that used the Cashless Payments by Tixify, and you want to request a refund for your unused credit? You are in the right place!

How to request a refund?

Choose the event that you attended from the list below, go to that event Online Portal, register your wristband or ticket, and submit your bank information for the organizer to submit your refund.  In this online portal you will be able to see your topup and purchase history as well and print it for your records in case you need it. 

The event you attended is not listed here?

If the event you attended is not listed here, the organizer might have already stopped accepting refund requests inline with the terms of the event. Please note that Tixify can’t issue any refund, but you can contact the organizer of the event directly. 

Did you lose your wristband or you cant access the portal? 

In some cases we will be able to help.  Contact us and tell us what problem are you experiencing.
