This comprehensive rebuild reflects deep partnership with leading venues, promoters, and producers, incorporating evolving requirements from the worlds of sports, entertainment, attractions, and performing arts. Leveraging continuous feedback, Tixify has re-architected every aspect: from lightning-fast dashboards to an intuitive POS, rapid reporting, robust access management, enhanced digital wallets, dynamic seatmaps, and world-class e-commerce flows. The result is a toolset that fuels innovation, drives conversions, and streamlines every component of the ticketing lifecycle.

Availability

The upgraded ticketing platform will be available to select customers as part of an early access program from November to February, with general availability planned for the second quarter of 2026. Early adopter feedback will help further refine the solution before its broad release.
