Tixify

Vertical · Conventions

Registration is the first impression.

Badging, sessions, and exhibitor traffic: one platform for the whole show floor.

Ten thousand attendees, eight session tracks, three hundred exhibitors, and a registration desk that sets the tone for all of it.

Industry challenges

Sound familiar?

Conventions live or die at the desk: and in the data nobody captures after it.

Day one · Mon 08:15Convention center, hall A
The 8am badge wall
Everyone lands before the keynote. Pre-printed badges in alphabetical boxes were not a plan.
Session capacity chaos
Popular tracks overflow, empty rooms stay empty, and nobody can see it happening.
Exhibitors scan business cards
Your exhibitors paid five figures and are collecting leads with their phone cameras.
Catering counts are folklore
Lunch for 10,000 planned on last year's guess.
Attendance data dies at 5pm
Which sessions worked? Which sponsors got traffic? The answers leave with the crowd.

How Tixify helps

From desk to show floor.

Badges that print themselves

Self-serve kiosk check-in prints a badge on the spot: the 8am wall becomes a walk-through.

Sessions with live counts

Room-level scanning shows fill rates as they happen, so you re-route attendees and staff before overflow.

Leads exhibitors will pay for

Badge taps become qualified leads with consent built in: a sponsorship product, not a business-card pile.

Convention FAQ

How fast is self-serve badge printing?
Fast enough that the queue keeps walking: scan a QR, take the badge. Kiosks run in parallel, so morning arrival capacity scales by adding kiosks, not staff.
Can sessions have separate access rules?
Yes. Paid workshops, capacity-limited rooms, and VIP tracks are enforced at each door from the same badge, with live fill rates per room.
How does exhibitor lead capture work?
Exhibitors tap an attendee's badge to capture a consented lead with full contact and profile data, then export their list after the show: no third-party scanner rentals.
Does Tixify handle multi-day and group registration?
Yes. Day passes, full-event passes, group and corporate registration all issue to one credential per attendee, with per-day validity handled automatically.
