Tixify

Vertical · Other Venues

Odd venue? Perfect.

Rooftops, warehouses, race tracks, town squares: if people gather there, we can run it.

Some of our favorite deployments don't fit a category: a fort, a ferry, a forest. The platform doesn't care where the door is, only that it opens fast.

Industry challenges

Sound familiar?

Unusual venues get the worst tool fit: everything assumes you're a club or a stadium.

Site log · Sat 18:00Somewhere unusual
No infrastructure at all
No box office, no gates, no Wi-Fi: the venue is a field, a rooftop, or a boat.
Temporary everything
Power, network, and staff arrive the same morning as the crowd.
One-off formats
A dinner-and-show, a 24-hour race, a silent disco on a pier: templates don't exist.
Vendors are guests too
Pop-up bars and food trucks arrive with their own tills and leave with your data.
Insurance wants numbers
Capacity compliance at an unusual site is documentation you'd better have.

How Tixify helps

Bring the venue. We'll bring the rest.

A venue in a flight case

Handhelds, gates, POS, and connectivity arrive as rental kit: deployed and tested before doors, packed out after.

Formats without templates

Zones, time windows, and entitlements compose into whatever your event is: no 'unsupported format' dead ends.

Proof for the paperwork

Live capacity per zone with exportable logs: compliance evidence generated by simply running the event.

Unusual venue FAQ

Can Tixify run an event with no fixed infrastructure?
Yes. Hardware ships as rental kit: handheld scanners, portable gates, POS, and connectivity, deployed before doors and removed after the event.
What if the site has no internet?
The platform is offline-first: entry and payments keep working with no connection and sync when connectivity returns, even if that's after the show.
Do you support unusual event formats?
Yes. Zones, time windows, seating, and entitlements are building blocks, not templates: dinner shows, 24-hour formats, and multi-zone takeovers compose from the same parts.
Can Tixify help with licensing and capacity compliance?
Yes. Live per-zone occupancy with exportable entry/exit logs gives licensing authorities the evidence directly from the system that ran the doors.
