Tixify

Vertical · Music Venues

Run the room, not the spreadsheet.

On-sales, doors, and the bar: one system for every show night.

Three shows a week, a different promoter every night, and a queue that judges you. Your venue deserves tools that keep up.

Industry challenges

Sound familiar?

Every venue runs the same Friday. The tools shouldn't make it harder.

Show night · Fri 19:30700-cap room, anywhere
The list is four lists
Promoter comps, guest list, presales, walk-ups: each in a different app, none of them agreeing.
Doors eat the on-sale data
Ticket platform says 612 sold. The clicker says 580. Nobody knows who's still coming.
The bar queue kills the encore
One slow POS during the support act and half the room decides one drink is enough.
Promoter settlement drags
Splitting the door with a promoter means CSV exports and a testy email thread on Tuesday.
Fans stay anonymous
Someone's been to nine shows this year and your system treats them like a first-timer.

How Tixify helps

Every show night, sorted.

One door, one list

Presales, comps, and guest list live in the same scanner. The count at the door is the count, in real time.

A bar that keeps pace

Tap-to-pay on bands or phones keeps the line moving through the support act: and every pour hits the same ledger.

Settlement while the amps cool

Door splits, bar revenue, and fees are computed by the time load-out ends. Send the promoter a link, not a spreadsheet.

Music venue FAQ

Can Tixify handle promoter and guest lists in one place?
Yes. Presales, promoter allocations, comps, and guest lists all resolve to one door list on one scanner: with per-promoter reporting for settlement.
Does Tixify work for small-capacity venues?
Yes. The platform scales from a 200-cap club to an arena; smaller rooms typically run it on their existing phones and one or two handheld scanners.
How does promoter settlement work?
Door and bar revenue is tagged per show, splits are configured up front, and settlement reports are ready the same night: no CSV exports.
Can fans use their phone instead of a wristband?
Yes. QR entry and phone-based tap payments are standard for venues; RFID bands are optional for residencies and festivals-style setups.
