Tixify

Vertical · Stadiums & Arenas

Sixty thousand people. Zero drama.

Entry, payments, and crew at stadium scale: with the systems you already run.

Turnstiles, suites, season passes, and a bowl full of people who all want in at 19:40. This is capacity work, and it's ours.

Industry challenges

Sound familiar?

Scale doesn't forgive. At 60,000, every small failure becomes a headline.

Match day · Sat 19:4060k bowl, gates open
Turnstiles from another decade
Legacy access control that can't talk to a modern ticket: so every integration is a project.
The 20-minute crush
Half the bowl arrives in the last 20 minutes. One dead lane becomes a safety escalation.
Concourse gridlock
Halftime hits and 400 POS terminals need to not blink. Most stacks blink.
Suites on paper
Premium guests checked in with printouts while paying premium prices.
Season data in silos
Ticketing, catering, and retail each know a third of your fan. Nobody knows the whole person.

Stadium & arena FAQ

Does Tixify integrate with existing turnstiles?
Yes. Tixify Access validates on SKIDATA, Axess, and Fortress gates natively, so you keep your installed hardware and add modern ticketing on top.
Can it handle a full bowl arriving at once?
Yes. Reads are ultra fast, every lane reports throughput live, and ops can open or re-staff lanes before a crush forms, so the queue keeps walking even at peak arrival.
What happens to concessions if the network drops?
POS keeps selling. Payments queue locally and settle when connectivity returns: halftime demand spikes don't take the concourse down.
Can season tickets be transferred or resold?
Yes. Season credentials support controlled transfer and resale with your rules: price caps, approved marketplaces, and full visibility of who's actually in the seat.
