Tixify

Vertical · Festivals

The festival stack that doesn't fall over.

Tickets, cashless, access, and crew: one platform that works in a field.

No venue Wi-Fi. No signal. Forty thousand people who all want a beer at the same time. Built for exactly this.

Industry challenges

Sound familiar?

Six things that go wrong at every festival, every year. Not because anyone's bad at their job: because the tools were built for spreadsheets, not fields.

Field log · Fri 22:00Any festival, anywhere
Dead zones kill payments
The main-stage crowd eats the cell network. Card machines start spinning right when the bar queue peaks.
Gates back up at opening
Everyone arrives in the same two hours. One slow scanner turns a queue into a crowd-safety problem.
Cash floats vanish
Twelve bars, forty tills, and nobody knows what's in any of them until Wednesday.
Crew access is a guess
Volunteers share wristbands, artists lose laminates, and backstage fills with people nobody vetted.
You find out on Monday
Sales, no-shows, bar takings: the numbers arrive after every decision already got made.

How Tixify helps

Same field. Different night.

Payments that work in a field

Tixify Pay runs fully offline. Bands tap, balances sync when the network comes back, and nobody stands there watching a spinner.

Doors that open on time

RFID gates read as fast as people walk, and Access shows every lane's throughput live, so you re-deploy staff before the queue forms.

One ledger for the whole site

Every ticket, bar, vendor, and top-up lands in the same books. Vendor splits are computed nightly, not argued about on Thursday.

Common use cases

Where it earns its keep on site.

01
Multi-day camping festivals
Bands persist across days: one top-up on Friday still pours beers on Sunday.
02
Cashless bars & vendors
Tap to pour, automatic vendor splits, no cash on site.
03
Artist & guest lists
Backstage tiers, plus-ones, and day-of adds without a clipboard.
04
Re-entry & pass-outs
Let people back to the campsite without losing count of capacity.

Festival FAQ

Does cashless work without internet at a festival?
Yes. Tixify Pay runs fully offline: wristbands carry the balance, terminals accept taps with no connection, and everything syncs when the network comes back. A dead zone at the main stage doesn't stop the bars.
How fast is RFID entry at festival gates?
Ultra fast: a wristband validates as the person walks through, and gate throughput is visible live so you can open lanes before a queue forms. The queue moves at walking pace, not scanning pace.
Can fans top up their wristband on site?
Yes: at staffed top-up points, self-serve kiosks, or from their phone. Balances persist across a multi-day event, and unspent credit can be refunded automatically after the show.
How do vendor payouts work at a cashless festival?
Every vendor sale lands in one ledger with the vendor tagged. Splits are computed automatically, so settlement is a report you send, not a week of reconciling receipts.
